We offer tiered plans — Starter, Business, and Enterprise — as well as custom quotes tailored to your goals. Any pricing, discount, or package detail shown on our website is an estimate and is confirmed only once you receive a written quote from us.

A quote is valid for the period stated within it. Accepting a quote or plan creates a binding agreement for the scope and price described.

07Deliverables & revisions

Each plan or quote specifies what is delivered and how many revision rounds are included. Additional revisions or work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

We aim to meet agreed timelines, but delivery dates are estimates and may shift based on project complexity, feedback cycles, and factors outside our control.

08Cancellation

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in your agreement. On cancellation, you remain responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the cancellation date.

09Disclaimers

We work hard to deliver strong results, but digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control — including market conditions, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
